Retina Specialist
Saira Khanna MD is a board-certified medical and surgical retina specialist. Dr. Khanna earned her undergraduate degree in Neurobiology with minors in Spanish and Economics at Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She attended the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health for medical school. She completed her ophthalmology residency at the University of Chicago and continued her medical training in vitreoretinal surgery, completing her fellowship at The Retina Institute in St. Louis, MO. Dr. Khanna's areas of expertise include diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, retinal vascular diseases, macular holes, epiretinal membranes, uveitis, and other retinal pathologies. In her free time, Dr. Khanna enjoys playing tennis/pickleball, eating at new restaurants, and traveling.
